These terms apply when you use tshbranding.com and when you order from The Showcase Hub ("TSH", "we", "us"), No 14 Akinbaiye Street, Isolo, Lagos, Nigeria. By using the website or confirming an order, you agree to them. Our Refund & Reprint Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms.

1. Using this website

The website is for finding out about our services and asking for quotes. Please don't misuse it, attempt to break its security, or send spam through its forms.
Text, graphics, the TSH name and logo, and our photos belong to TSH. Don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Portfolio photos show work we produced for our clients. Their brand names, logos and designs belong to those clients and are shown for illustration only.
We try to keep the website accurate, but product descriptions, photos and timelines are a general guide. Your quote and approved proof are what count for your order.
Links to other sites (such as WhatsApp, Instagram or Google Maps) are for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or policies.

2. Quotes and orders

Quotes are based on the size, quantity, material, finish and deadline you give us, and are valid for 14 days unless the quote says otherwise.
If you change the specification, the price and timeline may change. We'll confirm any change with you before going ahead.
Your order is confirmed when you have approved the final proof and paid the deposit stated on your quote.

3. Artwork, proofs and design

We send a digital proof before printing. You're responsible for checking it carefully: spelling, names, phone numbers, dates, prices, sizes and layout. Once you approve it, we print exactly what's on the proof.
Colours on screens and home printers differ from printed colours. Small variations in shade between the proof and the finished job, and between different print runs, are normal and aren't a defect.
If artwork you supply is low-resolution or not print-ready, we'll tell you. If you ask us to print it anyway, we can't be responsible for the quality of the result.
Where we design artwork for you, you may use the final design for your brand once the order is paid in full. Editable source files remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Your content

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, every logo, image, font, name and piece of text you ask us to print, and that it doesn't break any law or anyone else's rights.
You agree to cover any claims, costs or losses we suffer because content you supplied infringes someone else's rights.
We may refuse any job that we believe is unlawful, offensive, misleading, or copies another brand.

5. Materials and quantities

If a specific paper, board or material becomes unavailable, we'll offer a substitute of equal or better quality, and use it only with your agreement.
Printing large runs can produce small over- or under-runs. We aim to deliver the exact quantity. If we deliver short, we'll print the balance or refund the missing items, and we won't charge for extras.

6. Payment

We take a deposit before production starts. The balance is due before delivery or collection, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
We accept bank transfers to the TSH account details we give you directly. We will never ask you to pay into a different account by message. If in doubt, call us on 0707 095 2864 before paying.
Goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.

7. Turnaround, delivery and collection

Timelines start once your proof is approved and your deposit is received. They're our best estimate, not a guarantee. We'll tell you promptly if something will delay your order.
We deliver across Nigeria by courier, or you can collect from our Isolo studio. Delivery charges are quoted separately unless stated.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave, or collected.
Please collect finished orders within 30 days of us telling you they're ready. After that, we'll contact you, and we may charge for storage.

8. Cancellations

Before production starts: you can cancel and we'll refund your deposit, less the cost of any design work or materials already bought for your job.
After production starts: custom printed items are made specifically for you, so orders can't be cancelled or refunded.

9. Problems with your order

If something is wrong, tell us within 48 hours of delivery or collection, with photos. How we put it right is set out in our Refund & Reprint Policy.

10. Showing your order in our portfolio

We may photograph finished work and share it on this website and our social media, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you'd prefer we didn't, tell us before or after your order and we'll respect that.

11. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or missed events, or for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control (for example power outages, supplier or courier failures, or public disruption).
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or any other law that can't be excluded.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If there's a disagreement, please contact us first and we'll try to resolve it fairly and quickly. If we can't, the courts of Lagos State will have jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you confirm an order applies to that order.
