Questions we get a lot
If yours isn't here, message us on WhatsApp and we'll answer it.
How long does a print job take?
Most boxes, bags and cards are ready in 5–10 working days after you approve your proof and pay the deposit. Rush jobs can sometimes be arranged, so ask us on WhatsApp before you order.
What's the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Business and invitation cards can be printed in smaller runs, while custom boxes, paper bags and nylon usually need a higher quantity to keep the unit cost down. Tell us what you need and we'll confirm a quantity and quote.
Can you design my artwork, or do I need to supply it?
Either works. If you already have a logo and design, mention it in the quote form and we'll ask for the files. If not, our team can design it with you.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. We send a digital proof for you to check and approve before production starts. Please check spelling, numbers and colours carefully: once you approve it, we print exactly what's on the proof.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes, we ship nationwide by courier. Local customers can also collect from our studio in Isolo, Lagos.
How do I pay?
We take a deposit to start production and the balance before delivery or collection. Payment details are shared once your quote is confirmed. See our Terms and Refund & Reprint Policy for the details.
